Import employees via Excel list — template available for download. Name, function, workload, entry/exit dates and managers are then in the system and flow automatically into the reference. Individual people can always be added by hand. For automatic sync from your HR system a simple interface (REST API) is available — we're happy to set up the connection with you.
Functions and positions are maintained once centrally as a catalogue. For the reference you select the person's roles — and the matching tasks are suggested automatically for the position: professionally accurate, in correct impersonal reference language and in the right style depending on the function (leadership or specialist role). Tasks can be added, edited by hand at any time or supplemented by AI.
Text modules, rating categories, wording, opening sentences per language and reference layouts can be fully adapted to your company.
The tool works with your own Word templates — logo, header and footer, fonts and signature areas exactly as your documents look today. Multiple layouts per company are possible, for example per entity or brand.
On request, every manager can get their own dashboard and create references independently — from capturing to sending. HR keeps the overview and only steps in with a controlling function, if desired. You decide how much responsibility stays with HR and how much with the managers — flexibly adaptable to your company's structure.
HR, managers and additional raters work on the same reference, no email ping-pong. Every rater gets their personal link and rates directly in the browser — via a smiley scale with a single click. Multiple raters are possible, HR can send it back for revision at any time and track the status. The reference is built collaboratively, cleanly documented and with no media break.
AI supports you throughout the process: it suggests tasks for the position, phrases rating sentences in correct reference language, checks benevolence and spelling, and proposes synonyms. Names and personnel data are never sent to the AI — suggestions are built from your own building blocks and the job catalogue. You always keep the final say and can adjust everything by hand.

Jeder Mandant erhält eine eigene Datenbank — Daten verschiedener Unternehmen sind physisch getrennt, nicht nur logisch gefiltert.
Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende arbeiten über persönliche, signierte Links — ohne eigenes Konto, ohne Passwortverwaltung. HR meldet sich regulär an. Eine Anbindung an Microsoft Entra ID oder Google Workspace ist bei Bedarf implementierbar.
